BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS
At
time of booking, Langdon Villa Guest House require a
deposit of one night stay per room or 20% of the
total booking for longer stays, both of which are
non refundable under any circumstances. The balance
to be paid on arrival by card or cash. Credit card
payments incur a small surcharge of 2% per
transaction - whilst debit cards remain no charge
CANCELLATION POLICY
All
deposits paid to Langdon Villa Guest House are non
refundable, cancellation 72 hours or less from the
arrival date will be charged at 100% of the balance
to the card that made the initial booking. At the
time of booking with Langdon Villa Guest House you
are entering into a legally binding contract, it is
advisable to take out holiday cancellation
insurance.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check
in time is between 1pm & 4pm. Please let us know if
you require a later arrival time. Rooms must be
vacated by 10am on departure day, provision for
storage of luggage for early arrivals and late
departures can be arranged.
SMOKING POLICY
To
comply with current legislation and law Langdon
Villa Guest House is a strictly non smoking
establishment anywhere in the building. Damage
caused by smoking will be charged to the card that
made the initial booking (new for old). There will be
a charge of one extra night’s tariff to eradicate
the smell of smoke.
KEYS
It is
the responsibility of the guest to look after their
room keys and hand them in on departure. There will
be a charge of £20.00 for any lost keys to the card
that made the initial booking.
TERMINATION
Langdon Villa Guest House reserve the right to
terminate any reservation at any time without
compensation should guests behave in such a manner
to cause nuisance, distress or danger to other
guests or damage to the guest house. Only paying
guests are allowed to stay in the rooms.
AGREEMENT
On
making a booking all guests automatically agree with
these terms and conditions.
